The vineyard, established in 1972, is the most northerly vineyard in Switzerland. The grapes for the popular Riesling and Pinot Noir wines are grown on a marvellous south-facing slope covering an area of 4.2 hectares. The chalky clay soil gives the fine wines a special character.
