Landschaftspark Binntal - In the Zauberwald auf dem Wasen (lit: magic forest on the wet meadow) there is a great adventure trail with around 20 stations for children aged 3 to 10 to play There is also a grill place, several barbecue areas and a fountain.
An important part of the adventure playground is an experience trail through the Zauberwald. Children have the opportunity to follow the story of Brüna the squirrel. One morning, Brüna discovers that its winter supplies have been stolen and sets out to find the thief. Along the way, it encounters other animals and some mythical creatures, such as a Telefonohr, and makes a surprising discovery at the end. This fabulous story is available as a 40-page, colorfully illustrated children's book and a double audio CD. On CD 1, you will find Walliserdeutsch, Patois (a dialect from the lower Valais), and a dialect from Italy. On CD 2, the standard languages German, French, and Italian can be heard. The book and CD are available in the webshop.
Fireplaces with wood are available for barbecuing in the Zauberwald.
