Parc naturel régional Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut - The walk begins at the storage cellars of L’Etivaz, where all the Etivaz AOP cheeses mature. Les Moulins is reached over diverse cow meadows belonging to the alpine farms, of which some produce Etivaz AOP.
