Graubünden Route
Rugged and steep up through the Schinschlucht (gorge) to Tiefencastel, later nice and easy through the Alvaneuer Albulatal, where sulphur springs promise relief. High above, red trains on the curved Landwasser viaduct.

Parc Ela - The family-friendly restaurant is directly adjacent to the Solis Bridge, affording a view of an impressive landscape. The Salzgeber family will welcome you with homemade specialties by the cocklestove in the winter, and in the summer on the terrace.
For more than 50 years the restaurant located next to the often-visited Solis Bridge in the Schin Gorge, the lowest in point in Parc Ela, has been run by the Salzgeber family. Their motto “Us Freud an dr Liedaschaft …” [for the joy of passion] is reflected in the menu: bread and cakes are homemade, side dishes are made using Gran Alpin flour, the wild game is self-hunted. The restaurant is directly adjacent to the cantonal road and yet nestled in a peaceful natural setting – perfect for taking a break in picturesque Alpine scenery.
The Restaurant Solisbrücke bears the Parc Ela partner label, awarded to hotel and gastronomy businesses which live and uphold the nature park’s values.
The restaurant’s focus on sustainability and regionality is also reflected in the menu; staff members are able to competently provide you with information about Parc Ela.
