Naturpark Pfyn-Finges - The Vine and Wine Museum, Sierre - Salgesch is devoted to viticulture. The 2 exhibitions in the Zumofenhaus and the Château Villa deal with differnt topics, but they are linked with a 6-km long nature trail and as such also form one entity.

The Valais Vine and Wine Museum, Sierre - Salgesch is devoted to viticulture. The 2 exhibitions in the Zumofenhaus in Salgesch (vines) and the Château Villa in Sierre (wine-making) deal with differnt topics, but they are linked with a 6-km long nature trail and as such also form one entity.

The Wine Museum in Salgesch is closed for renovations until late August / early September. Thank you for your attention, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Details

Walk along the vineyard trail to understand better the world of wine. This 6-km long trail takes you through vineyards, hedges and little woods to discover the wine-making villages and the methods of cultivation. 80 Information boards line the route. They inform about life in the vineyards and about the landscape and its inhabitants.
Duration: Two and a half hours. There are rest areas provided for visitors. The return trip from Salgesch or Sierre is possible by train.
