NATURE PARK-PRODUCER: Hirschfram mit Sti(h)l

Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Around 70 fallow deer - including 25 dams and around twice as many young animals - graze on our meadows. Our resident deer Balin keeps the herd on the move.

Animal welfare is our top priority, which is why we attach great importance to keeping our animals as close to nature and as extensively as possible. We offer our customers fallow deer meat of the highest quality. The low-fat and tender meat is not only appreciated by game lovers.
