Regionaler Naturpark Schaffhausen - Pumpkin seeds are not only a tasty treat. They also increase our well-being. The seeds are rich in vitamine E, iron and other mineral nutrients and fibres.

Brütsch erdverbunden GmbH harvests and processes the oil squashes from the park's perimeter separately. Due to the oil mill which was established at the Griesbachhof in autumn 2017, from cultivation to bottling, the entire manufacturing process of the pumpkin seed oil takes place in the nature park. The same holds true for the oil made from the seeds: The unique oil is not only healthy, but it is also very tasty.
