Naturpark Pfyn-Finges - In the winter season, the EGGUWEG can be made through the village from EGGU 7 to 16.

At the ten corners in the village centre you will get information about the unique collection of timber houses. On two further corners you will learn about the construction of dry stone walls and the special paving (Bikkini).

Albinen

Points of interest in Albinen include numerous mountain farm houses and barns. On the other hand, the village church is built in a modern style, after the old church was destroyed in an earthquake. Village centre of national importance (ISOS).

The barn is no longer used for threshing. Nevertheless, it still remains as a workroom. The Society for the culture and promotion of old Albinen AA+ offers the educational program “model barn construction” here.

The name reflects the concept of the house. The rose symbolises something beautiful and artistic. The designation “Trukelti” (wooden box) symbolises artisan skills.
