Parc régional Chasseral - A short stage leaving from the heart of the Chasseral Nature Park, known for its dry-stone walls. Absorb this centurys-old craft as you admire these constructions.

The fifth stage of the Route Verte is an invitation to discover the living traditions of the region, illustrated by the dry-stone walls marking the landscape. Building or renovation of these walls is a specific art you can discover by taking part in workshops organised by the Chasseral Park. This short stage leads you through the La Sagne valley to reach Val-de-Travers via La Chaux-de-Fonds, a city whose watchmaking urban planning is registered as part of the UNESCO world heritage.
