Naturpark Thal - Trudi and Jüsti Schlegel have been delighting their guests at Gasthof Schlüssel in Aedermannsdorf since 3rd June 2021.

Trudi and Jüsti Schlegel have been delighting their guests at Gasthof Schlüssel since 3rd June 2021. They are very familiar with the region because from 1995 - 2014 they ran the Restaurant Untere Tannmatt on the 2nd Jura mountain chain and from 2014 - 2021, the Restaurant Mittlere Balmberg on the 1st Jura mountain chain.
Everyone, young or young-at-heart, will find their favourite dish on the comprehensive menu. As well as the Gaststube with seating for ca. 35 persons, you can celebrate both small and large occasions in the 3 parlours Horngraben, Rötifluh or Tessinerstube which have seating for 24-30 persons.
